The minimum age is 21 years old. Be sure to verify beforehand. At 21 years old you will need to have held a valid licence for at least one year and that will let you drive up to Sports class cars. As you get to ages 23, 25 and have held a licence for enough years larger cars such as SUVs and Prestige cars become available. For a full list of vehicle groups please refer to our full guide. Please also note that there is an Underage Driver Fee for anyone younger than 25 years of age.

At time of pick-up you have to present your driver license, your passport or photo ID, valid proof of address and your credit card.

At time of reservation you can request the delivery and/or collection of the rental car for an additional fee. Rental cars can be delivered and/or collected to/from hotels only and not to/from private addresses, camping grounds or similar.

Any additional driver need to be registered in the rental agreement. Additional drivers need to be present at time of pick-up and provide a valid driver license and passport/photoID. We may charge additional fees to add an additional driver.

You need to request this at time of reservation. We may charge additional fees for travelling abroad, this depends on the destination and the driving territories/countries you plan to visit.

After Rental

The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel that was in the vehicle at the start of your rental agreement.

You will need to contact the rental station where the vehicle was returned to to arrange collection of your items.

We don’t not accept liability for any items or personal possessions that you may have left in the vehicle at the end of the Hire Period. It is your responsibility to remove all documentation from the Vehicle containing your personal information such as your copy of the Rental Agreement and delete any data you may have stored within the in-car infotainment system. Please be sure to check the vehicle thoroughly before you return it.

Any personal belongings left in or on the vehicle which remain unclaimed 1 month after the end of the Hire Period will be disposed of.

If you return your vehicle out of hours, we recommend you take photos of the vehicle whilst parked at the rental station; this is to avoid any pre-existing or old damage being attributed to your rental. Please also ensure the keys are placed in the appropriate key return box.

If you return during opening hours, the rental station should check the vehicle over with you before you leave (unless you do not wish to wait for the checks to be completed). If you do not wish to wait, the inspection will be carried out without you present and you will then be contacted by our Head Office to notify of any new damages found.

Should you receive notification that damage has been found and wish to dispute the claim, you will need to refer to the contact information available on the correspondence you have received.

Return can be arranged at any hour of the day, however please view your rental agreement to see your allocated return time.

If your original invoice has been lost/damaged please contact us to request a copy.
